Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. About the platform

Bincoo is a directory platform that connects patients with health professionals and clinics. Professionals create a profile, publish photos and videos of their work, receive reviews, and can be found by patients through search and our AI recommendations.

These terms govern your use of the platform as a professional. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them.

2. Registration and account

You can sign up with email and password or with Google login. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for the information you publish on your profile.

Professional identification data provided during registration, such as CRO, CRM and council registration, is your responsibility and must be truthful.

3. Subscription and cancellation

Publishing a profile requires a paid subscription, charged in Brazilian reais (or US dollars for profiles outside Brazil) by the Safe2Pay processor, by credit card. We do not store your card data: it is tokenized and processed directly by Safe2Pay.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty, from the dashboard. When you cancel, your profile is deactivated and stops being displayed and recommended by our AI. You can reactivate at any time with a new subscription.

Cancellation stops future charges. We do not refund the period already paid, except where required by law.

4. Professional content

You retain full ownership of, and responsibility for, your profile content: gallery photos and videos, description, services, prices, address and professional registrations.

By publishing, you warrant that you own the rights to the images and that the content complies with applicable law, including your profession's advertising and confidentiality rules. Content that violates these rules may be removed.

5. Reviews

Patients can leave reviews on your profile. Reviews go through moderation and only become visible after you approve them in the dashboard.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of published reviews and are not responsible for their content, but we provide moderation and reporting tools.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the editor menu (Settings, Delete account option). Deletion removes your profile, photo and video gallery, registered team, blog articles and reviews.

Propagation of the deletion across systems (search, caches and backups) may take up to 30 days. Data that must be retained for legal obligations, such as subscription tax records, is kept for the required period and then discarded.

To request deletion of remaining data, write to suporte@bincoo.com.br.

7. Data we collect and how we use it

We process personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Data includes: account identification (name and email), profile professional data, content you publish and platform usage data.

The legal basis is the execution of the services contract and, for platform improvements, legitimate interest. We use essential cookies for operation and, with your consent, usage analytics tools.

Images and media are stored in storage services (Supabase and Cloudflare). Payment data is processed exclusively by Safe2Pay, which does not share it with us in clear text.

8. Data sharing

We only share data with the processors that operate the platform: Supabase (database and storage), Cloudflare (video storage and delivery network), Safe2Pay (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Moonshot (Kimi), used to generate your blog articles.

For article generation, we send only your profile's professional content (services, differentials, tone of voice). We never send patients' personal data. We do not sell data to third parties.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, as well as to revoke consents and request portability, as provided by the LGPD.

To exercise these rights, write to suporte@bincoo.com.br. We respond within 15 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the platform or to legislation. The updated version is published on this page, with the last update date at the top. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the city of São Paulo, SP, are elected to settle any disputes, unless otherwise required by law.
